This provides many opportunities to learn through play, meet different critters, take in sand, and splash in water. Older children have the opportunity to explore high-tech engineering in the Activity Station. People of all ages will thrill to discover the special films shown regularly in 4K digital graphics and surround sound. These help bring science to life like never before. The goal is to not only expand knowledge but increase curiosity and a love of learning.
The Perot Museum of Nature and Science has many permanent exhibits. Halls include sports and athletics, discovering life and ecosystems, the human body, Texas Instruments engineering, dynamic Earth and meteorology, gems and minerals, the universe, life then and now complete with huge dinosaur fossils, fuel and alternative energy, and the Rose Hall of Birds on the top level. The entire museum has many interactive displays, scavenger hunt opportunities, and unique presentations that go beyond the ordinary. Special membership privileges and options like the Night at the Museum, wedding packages with Wolfgang Puck catering, or corporate program opportunities also exist at Perot.
